Ingredients
3 tbsp paste (add more to increase intensity of flavour)
500g mince lamb or beef
1 onion finely diced
1 sprig coriander
salt and chilli to taste
Method:
Mix everything until well combined and shape into kebabs. Fry in a little oil until golden brown.
