Ingredients

1 tub kknz Rogan Josh paste
800g lamb diced into smaller cubes
1 large potato cut into
small cubes
1 carrot cut into small cubes
A handful of spinach
1-2 Tbsp of corn starch dissolved. Acts as a thickening agent

Method:

Simmer all the ingredients with the Rogan Josh paste and 1/4-1/2 cup of
Water. Reduce and thicken by adding some cornstarch.
Use short or puff pastry as a pie base
Put cooked filling. Cover with puff pastry and brush with egg wash or milk
