Classic Butter Chicken Explosion

Ingredients

Serves 4 to 6 people

800g Chicken thighs, de-boned, or breast.
1 pot of Kavita’s Kitchen Butter Chicken curry paste
1/2 to 3/4  cup of cream (Can substitute with yogurt or Coconut cream)
Small dash of oil
Salt to taste
Chilli powder (optional)

Method:

Cuber Chicken into bite sized pieces. Using the Butter Chicken paste marinade  until coated, set this aside or 30 to 60 minutes.

Add oil to a pot and pan-fry on a medium heat to seal in the flavours. Be careful not to burn it.

Once it starts to brown and when it sticks to the pan add the cream. Simmer on a low heat until done.

Add salt and chilli to taste.
