Chicken liver pâté bruschetta

Ingredients

1 Tbsp butter chicken paste
1 Tbsp Rogan Josh paste
1 tsp tamarind paste / sauce
1 tsp sugar
400g chicken livers chopped
Salt and chilli powder, flakes or fresh to taste
Coriander for garnish

Method:

Pan fry chicken livers with paste until done.
Tip: make sure you don’t overcook and dry it out.
Add tamarind and sugar to enhance
Spread on bruschetta and garnish with coriander.
Serve with your favourite bubbles. Cheers
