Ingredients

500g potatoes.

Boil, peel and mash leaving chunky bits.

Add 1/4-1/2 cup frozen mixed veggies.

Stir in 3 Tbsp madras fusion paste until we’ll combined.

Method:

Cut into squares,
fill and shape.
Brush with beaten egg( Or plant based milk) to bring it up a pretty looking notch!
Bake at 210c for 15-20min until golden brown.
