Double Gold Curried banger

Ingredients

1 packet venison sausages (gold)
2 ½ Tbsp kavita’s kitchen nz rogan josh paste (gold)
1 can watties chilli beans or kidney beans
1 cup chopped red capsicum
1 cup sweet corn kernels
1 cup of water
Salt and Chilli to taste

Method:

Sear and brown sausages in a pan on medium high heat for a minute or 2. Be careful not to burn it! Cool slightly and slice into 5 parts (bite sized). Note: the sausages will be raw in the inside.
Put the sausages and all the other ingredients into slow cooker/crock pot with at the same time
Slow cook on high for 1-2 hours max
Serving Suggestions!
Serve with nacho style with corn chips and sour cream. Sprinkle paprika powder for the look!
Serve with good ol’ garlic bread
Serve with roti or rice or both. Why not no point not slurping the good saucy stuff
Make a wrap if you end up with leftovers. Don’t forget to melt some cheese on the wrap!
