Madras Fusion Lentil Soup

Ingredients

Serves 4 – 6 people

1 tub Madras Fusion paste
2 cups of lentils rinsed or 4 cans lentils drained
2 cups water
2 Potatoes diced
1/4 cauliflower chopped
Handful green beans
1 medium carrot diced 
1 medium aubergine diced

Method

Place all of the ingedients into a pot. Simmer until cooked.

Serve with Roti or bread.

Enjoy!
