Ingredients

300g Lamb mince
2 sheets of pre-made puff pastry
2 x liberal tablespoons of Kavita’s curry paste (add extra for more punch)

Method:

Mix lamb mince and curry paste and divide into 4 equal portions (I added a shallot and fresh coriander as well)

Cut pastry sheets in half to make 4

Spread mince mixture evenly at one end of pastry sheet and roll

Brush milk and sprinkle sesame seeds. 

Bake at 180 for about 20 minutes.
