Ingredients

8 whole okra pan fried

1 long light purple aubergine

Slice about 8 tofu puffs sliced into 3

3 tablespoons of Madras Fusion curry paste.

Coconut milk or yoghurt.

Add another tbsp of Madras Fusion curry paste to deepen flavour.
